1. Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.


Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Products marked as clearance or final sale.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are returned not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items are returned outside the 30-day window.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account or credit card.
  2. Contact your payment provider — there may be a delay in processing.
